I was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia, where I received my first degree in preschool and elementary school music education, and later my 2nd degree as an academic choir conductor. When I moved to the US, I got my first piano student and then realized that I needed to get more knowledge in how to teach piano professionally. When I came back for a visit to Russia, I went to the University of Culture and Arts (where I got my 2nd diploma) and met with a piano instructor who also treated pianists with professional problems. I asked her to give me some lessons and later decided to continue to study with that wonderful teacher and to get a piano teacher diploma from the University.  

   My working experience includes music lessons in preschools, choir classes with elementary students, private and group piano lessons.
